Dodge Repair: codes,P1698 and P0500, vehicle speed sensor, dodge grand caravan

Question
Have p1698 and P0500.Drives in one forward gear and reverse only.All gear shift lights on ,does not show which gear I'm in whether p,n,d etc.no speed ometer reading(don't know how fast am travelling).Changed both speed sensors (input and output but no improvement).Can u tell me what to do next plze.Thanks.Oh by the Way the van is a dodge grand caravan 3.3L (yr 2000).
