Dodge Repair: hub nut, spindle nut, brake rotor

when I put new bearning on the front spindle. This is on a dodge  01 dakota Do i tork the nut or what??

INSTALLATION
Slide hub/bearing on spindle.
Install new spindle nut and tighten to 251 N·m (185 ft. lbs.).
Install brake rotor, caliper, and ABS wheel speed sensor if equipped, (Refer to 5 - BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/ROTORS - INSTALLATION).
Install wheel and tire assembly. (Refer to 22 - TIRES/WHEELS/WHEELS - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
Remove support and lower vehicle.
