ANSWER: blowing of a fuse is  short no matter how u look at it.
Either wire shorted touching something metal or the pump itself after it gets hot pulls to many amps and blows the fuse.

QUESTION: well i took the fuel pump wire harness out because my cousin jeff and so i did and still blew and then i took the ground on the passenger side there 2 grounds together i pulled one apart and didnt blow but when the one touches metal where the metal has been grinded down a little(bare spot no paint on a lilttle inch area)it blowns can you give me any advise what to do and i would like to do it if i can so please help again THANKS!!!!!!

Answer
the 2 black wires will always have ground on them they are suppose to. What u want to look at is the dark green and white wire  that is the wire that has the power from the fuse that is blowing look on there   unplug the fuel pump and see if it blows when u wiggle it around from one end of the car to the other. If u dont find anything then possible fuel pump shorting out inside.
