Dodge Repair: Dodge Stratus 2002 Flasher, flasher bulb, fuse box

Where do I replace the flasher bulb on a stratus. I have tried the obvious places like under the hood in the fuse box and under steering wheel. I purchesed the fasher fuse at the dealership. The issue I lost my manual and the flasher that the dealship gave me is way to big. So I went back to them and they insisted on the fact that it was the correct bulb. The catch was I asked them to show me where to put it then and they wanted 105.00 for it. I am looking to get a professional tell me that it is the wrong product. I have a 2002 stratus with a four cylinder engine. Any help uld be appricated.

how do u know if its the right one or not??
it should be long about 3 inches and have several blades on the other end. here is where it goes.

REMOVAL
The flasher is mounted to the back side of the multi-function switch. To gain access, the upper steering column cover must be removed (Refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/STEERING COLUMN OPENING COVER - REMOVAL). The flasher can be removed by pulling it forward. The flasher is serviced separately from the multi-function switch. The flasher is black in color for ease of identification (COMBINATION FLASHER LOCATION).
