Dodge Repair: Starting problem on 94 Intrepid, cam sensor, crank sensor

Question
I have a 94 Dodge Intrepid ES with the 3.3L engine which I have owned since it was new.  Over the past few weeks it has developed a starting problem which has been progressively getting worse. When I try to start the engine, it will continue to crank but not actually start until I have turned it on and off 3 or 4 times.  Then it will suddenly start and run normally. At first this would happen only occasionally, but now it is almost every time. Some have suggested that it might be the fuel pump failing. About 5 months ago, the cam sensor, crank sensor and ignition coil were replaced for a different engine dying problem.  I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you

Answer
have u had the fuel rail recall done?  can u smell fuel in teh engine area after u try and crank it 1-2 times. Try this turn the key over 3 times with out starting the car  if it fires right up on the 4th time  u have a low fuel prime issue. That culd be in the pump or a leaking fuel line or at the injector rail some where.
