Dodge Repair: Dayling Running Lamp Module location, dodge ram van, vancouver canada

Question
The VIN is 2B6KB31Z1SK507657. It was manufactured for use in Canada I believe. The headlights will not turn off. I have to remove the negative lead from the battery. Additionally, the High Beam indicator remains on. The Daylight Running lights are supposed to operate at less than 50 percent. Mine are on high continuously. In my mind, everything points to that module
Thanks again.

Question -
I have a 1995 Dodge Ram (Van) V8 (5.9L) which was converted to a Class B Motorhome in Vancouver, Canada. The Daylight Running Lamp Module has failed. I cannot locate it anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction? My intention is to remove the fuse from that circuit as the Day Light Running lights are not required where I live.
Thanks!

Answer -
Bill,

What symptoms make you feel that the module failed?
Is something not working right that you feel pulling the
fuse will fix?
I am sorry, dont know off the top of my head where the fuse would be. If you send me your V.I.N, I can run it and maybe get you an answer.

Answer
Hi again Bill,
Well.. I would tend to agree with you, I think your on the
right track with the module.
But at this point, Im not able to locate it for you either.
I will ask around work on Monday.
Sorry Bill, Im not much help to you.
Im pretty sure that if I had the van in my bay I could locate it quickly, but I doubt your anywhere near RedDeer...
