Oil light flickers the car dies, oil level ok

Hi John -

Is the oil light flickering even though you rev the engine a bit? Does the car run rough? Can it idle?

Need more info for an accurate diagnosis.

Just FYI. the light indicates oil pressure not level, so we need to delve into this a bit.
