Dodge Repair: engine noise, dodge caravan, caravan 2

Question
Lately I've noticed what sounds like a rock rattling around in my oil pan. When the car warms up, the noise disappears. I added oil recently as it needed it, and now is sounds like alot of rocks rattling around. I just had the head replaced about a year and a half ago. Is it possible the rockers are coming loose? This is on a 1991 Dodge Caravan 2.5l, 4cyl.
Also, it tries to stall when coming to a stop after the engine is at operating temp. When I try to take off from a stop, it seems like there's no gas going to the motor and then all of a sudden there's gas. Possible fuel filter? Pump?
Thanks for all your help!
