Dodge Repair: 1995 Dodge Caravan, dodge caravan, distributor cap

Question
I have a 1995 3.0 Dodge Caraven.  I have replaced the fuel pump (in the tank), the fuel filter (in line and tank), the spark plugs and wires, the distributor cap, rotor, and coil.  Here is the problem and it does not do it all the time.  While you are driving down the road the van will just lose all power and stop.  It acts like it is not getting any gas.  The engine will be running and no lights come on.  When you try to restart the van it acts like it is not firing.  But it would recrank after some time.  This has been going on for about 1 year.  Now it wont crank at all.  Any ideas that we need to try.

Answer
hello mary
if it does not crank or turn over it could be the starter or relay is bad and as far as the gas it sounds like a gas regulater it is on top the motor . check the starter and if the starter is good then check the battery post to make sure the are good .  good luck to u and hun if you need more help let me know . and u have a pretty name pete
