Dodge Repair: fuel system / dodge caravan 1991, fuel pump relay, dodge caravan

My father is having a problem with his 1991 caravan. He'd like to know how to test if there's power going to the fuel pump. there's gas in the tank, the fuel filter isn't plugged, the gas gauge is working, and the tank pressurizes when turned over. Where is the fuel pump relay, and how can we test to see if there is power so we can see if one of the wires are broken or if the fuel pumps pooched ?  I thank you for your advise,    Alex

the way i tell is a doagnostic test and this is the way to really do it . the fuel pump relay is wright by the master cyl. and the only way to junp the fuel pump over is from battery to wires on fuel pump it is in the gas tank . some times if you hit tje botton of the gas tank it will free up the fuel pump . but change it it will go again good luck to you and your dad
