Ford Repair: 2007 Ford Taurus keyless entry, 2007 ford taurus, remote keyless entry

I bought a used 2007 Taurus and for some reason my keyless entry number pad on the drivers door will not work with the factory set 5 digit code. As a result I am unable to programme it with my own code. My remote keyless entry transmitters work fine as does my interior switches for door and trunk lock/unlock. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello Phillip, It is possible that the code is incorrect, since you bought it used possible that it is the wrong code. I have seen that at the dealership where I work at when units come in from the auction. A dealer is the only one who can pull a code . Thanks Tony
