Ford Repair: car wont start when warm, air control valve, accelerator pedal

Question
My 1999 Towncar,140,000miles, usually runs very well and I change oil myself every 4000 miles.  Lately, the car will turn over very well and start when the engine is cold.  But when I park and try to start car it will not start when engine is warm.  I have to wait till engine is cold and so far, it always starts.  I was wondering if the fact that the oil level was down to add and the radiator was down to cold fill was in any way related to the problem of not starting.  I will be taking it to garage monday.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Answer
Hello Richard, It is possible the idle air control valve is sticking, when it is warm and won't start push down on the accelerator pedal about 1/4 away and try to restart. If it starts then my guess is correct,if wrong then back to square one. Having proper diagnostics performed, check fuel pressure will be next step. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
