Steering Column Repair: 2000 chevy blazer, chevy blazer, 2000 chevy blazer

I recently purchased a 2000 chevy blazer with a busted out bottom part of the steering column! Someone had tried to steal it! Unfortunately there are now wires hanging out and the key will not start the vehicle! Looking for advice and wiring diagrams to solve my problem!

Sorry about your truck.
You have a factory antitheft system on your vehicle which is why they did not get it.  The bad news however is now that they've messed up the wiring, that portion needs to be replaced and reprogrammed.  If you can take some pictures of that and send them to me, I can help yo understand what is needed and what the best approach would be (cost wise).
