Ford Repair: Ford F-150 2005, just cuts out while driving, 2005, f-150

The Truck just cuts off while driving it has happened 3 times in past 1 year.  The wrench light comes on.  If you shift to neutral and turn it off and then turn the truck back on it starts up fine.  No sounds are made during any of this and you could be going any speed. It is a automatic, 4X4.  Took it to Ford they could find nothing wrong.  I think the guy thinks I am crazy. Anyway, the other problem which only happens occasionally is the window on drivers side is very slow to close.  Again not all the time and not at the same time as the engine quiting. Remove the front interior kick panels and see if the carpet matting is wet under the front carpet areas. A water leak intrusion in the 'A' post or roof panel areas can cause a condition such as this by entering into an electronic module. Let me know if you find the floor matting wet.
