Ford Repair: Location of thermostat, ford focus, thermostat

I need to replace my thermostat on my 2003 ford focus 2.0 s.o.c. LX and I don't know where its at, I am currently attending school at U.T.I and I just started basic engine repair so I know my way around. My engine has 176000 miles on it, and this is the first time I have had to do this.
