Ford Repair: radiator/condensor fans not coming on, ford windstar van, ford windstar

I have a 2002 Ford Windstar van and the a/c is not working. First I check the refrigerant and was ok. The compressor clutch kicks in like it is suppose to. The pressure went through the roof and thats when I noticed that the fans were not working. When direct power is sent to the fans they work. I dont know where the fan relay is located or if there is any other component that would stop the fans from working. The a/c high pressure switch, I thought, would cycle the compressor off but thats not happening either. Any help?

Some of the Fords come with a power dist box, located in the engine compartment. Its black in color and located near the battery. Could be you have a bad relay, or a fuse that is blown. If its electrcial then the wires will have to be tested could even be you have a broken wire somewhere. Electrical could take a few days, then again if its simple it can be done in 1 day... Thanks...
