Ford Repair: lightning instrument illumination, fiber optics, dash lights

i have a 99lightning f150 5.4 auto the cluster will not illuminate have power on conn. 22 and ground on conn 1 all the other inertior illumnations work just dash lights only dont have replace cluster with new reman from dealer and had it programed still noting have and suggestions ?

 Have you checked the dimmer switch? And also the bulbs as well?
Erik     blue /redwire from dimmer is conn 22 have power and dims has no bulbs optic fiber

Sorry, I haven't had to deal with the fiber optics, yet. What I would suggest is that you bring it back to the dealer that worked on it and complain that it was not fixed correctly the first time.
