Ford Repair: 98 ford taurus heater core, ford taurus, heater core

I need to replace the heater core in my taurus, but dont want to pay the 350 dollars for a 70 dollar part... Could you lead me in any directions to where I could find specific instructions on how to do that, I only know that I have to remove the dashboard...

Use this link, BUT, you will need to go to a certified garage for the AC to be discharged and refilled.
