1999 FORD RANGER. TIPS ON HOW TO REMOVE THE WINDOW CRANK HANDLE. WHAT IS NEEDED TO RELEASE THE CRANK HANDLE? I HAVE LOOKED BUT DON'T SEE WHAT IS HOLDING THE HANDLE ON.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 There is a tool that is used to remove the window crank handle. The handle is held in place with a "U" clip and can't be removed with out damaging the panel, unless the tool is used. I would go to a local parts store and ask them for one. Should cost you about 5-15 bucks.
