Where can I find an MSD Box and at a reasonable price.

  I assume you're just looking for a basic MSD 6A box.  If that's the case, then I'd try Summit or Jegs (though I rarely recommend either).  For something that simple though, it's hard to go wrong.  Each place sells the 6A box for about $150.  If you want to go used, you can usually find MSD boxes on car forums but be careful...the boxes have a tendency to give up after about 1 a year or two at the most if they're under the hood.  They'll last longer if you splice the wires longer and mount it in the cabin of the car.  Hope this helps.
