Ford Repair: 4x4 manual locking hubs(rotor removal), ford bronco, jaw puller

Question
I need to know what kind of tools I need to remove the rotor.  I have a 83 Ford Bronco (full Size with manual locking hubs) I tried a Spindle socket set but none of the sockets worked.  When I take the wheel off and the cover to the hub.  I then removed a locking spring and another type of locking washer. Then the end of the spindle is visble and there is a spanner bolt do I need to loosen the spanner bolt to get the hub off?  Or do I need a 3 jaw puller to remove the hub?

Answer
Hi Thomas,
You need a special socket to get it off. Most parts stores have them. Remove the outside nut (with special socket) then locking washer, then another nut. If you have any other questions contact me.
