My 89 Honda Accord 2dr hatchback DX 5 speed manual wont idle.  When I come to a stop at a light it dies.  Do I need to turn the idle up?  And if I do, where is the idle screw at?

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. The first thing to go on these accord is the pcv valve while the vehicle is idling pinch off the pcv hose with needle nose and if the idle changes then the pcv valve is faulty causing a constant vacuum leak. Other than that listen for a hissing sound. I have seen the idle valves go bad and also the carburator. base gaskets. Hope this helps.
