Honda Repair: 1994 Honda Accord ES VSS, brkt, honda accord

I'm trying to replace my VSS (the speedometer fluctuates, but mostly doesn't work, and the odometer is totally inop).  Where is it?  How do I get to it?  Looking down on the engine compartment from the front of the car -- I can't find it.

It's a 5- speed manual trans, F22B1 engine.

Stand on passanger side looking into engine room. Below the airflow tube beside the rear engine mount bracket. You will have trouble locating it because the manual shift cables are in the way of just looking straight down on it. There is also a stiffner bracket going from mission to rear brkt that will get in the way. Two small hoses going to it with one gray coupler on top, way down by rear subframe.
