Honda Repair: Honda wont run, gas distributor, good shape

I have an '84 civic 4-door, 1.5 liter with a carb. It starts, but then it dies. It's getting gas. Distributor and rotor in good shape as are plugs. Replaced alt. and coil. Is the problem a relay? If so which one & where?

Hello Well I bet you have a bad carb. It is over fueling the plus. Are they wet when you pull them out. The float in the carbs go bad and let too much fuel in the bowl. then in turn foul the plugs. I would replace the carb or rebuild it, Then replace the plugs. Good Luck
