Honda Repair: Door Locks, door locks, car alarm

D here, I have a 1994 Accord EX 4dr. When I bought the car, the door locks were fine. Now when I lock a door from any side, start the car, or turn off the car, the locks make a loud BIZZZ sound. Are these the lock actuators? SLICKCAR.com has four door lock kits for sale and I wanted to know if that is what I need to solve my problem. If not how do I fix it? Thx.

A common problem is the door lock acutators. Sounds like you have a car alarm in the car which locks the doors automatically. That is almost always the case why these actuators go bad. They are simply over stressed from locking and unlocking all the time.
It may be just one acutator or two. Just listen to each door to find out.
