Hyundai Repair: fuel filter locate, fuel sending unit, orings

Since my 2001 Elantra  lost the power I'd like to change the fuel filter ( not the fuel filter pump at the rear seat ) I order the black fuel filter already that mean Elantra 2001 has itself Myself and my friends can't find it . Will you tell me where the fuel filter locate.

Hello Dican,
Fuel filter on your car is an In-tank filter. It is attached to the fuel sending unit.That unit holds the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel sender. You can access it from the small opening under the rear seat cushion. You need to remove whole unit and seperate the filter. While replacing filter, make sure to switch all the orings to the new filter.
