Hyundai Repair: air bag ligth, scan tool, ligth

after replacing my timer belt, water pump, I hook up the battery to ran car the air bag light stay on. how can I turn it off. my car is 03-elantra gls 2.0L with 100,500 miles on it warranty is done on car. so I have to fix the my self    thanks BOB

If your air bag lamp doesn't go out on its own, a scan tool is necessary to turn it out.  Unfortunately, you'll probably need to visit the dealer to have the system checked and diagnosed.  Be sure to advise the dealer of the circumstances surrounding the lamp coming on.  That way, if it's due to low battery voltage or something similar, they'll probably presume it was related to your servicing of the vehicle.
