What's involved with replacing a wheel bearing on a 2000 Sonata?

You'll need to remove the knuckle, remove the retaining clip, and press the hub and old bearing out.  The hub and new bearing must be pressed in.  I prefer to use a new retaining clip with the new bearing.  The old clip will be difficult to remove, and it'll be difficult to separate the one bearing race from the wheel hub.

If you don't have access to a press, you can obtain the bearing and retaining clip, and take the knuckle to your local machine shop.
