Recharged battery Started drove 20 miles everything shut down had to tow the car home. I do not know the electrical schemaitcs or can get any so far. I do not know what would drain the battery overnight. Thank you

Answer
Presuming your car shut down due to electrical failure, you should primarily be looking at the alternator.  Unless your car is under a *very* high electrical load, a dead battery should not make it stop running.  I've even seen faulty alternators drain batteries.

As to the possibilities that would drain the battery, they're very large in number.  If you need to find out what's draining your battery, you'll need to monitor the current draw when the car is off.  Then you'll need to systematically eliminate the each possibility of a circuit load systematically.  You'll absolutely need a schematic to do this.  You can access them at www.hmaservice.com.  You'll need to register for a free account, and the site requires Internet Explorer.  The schematics are located under the ETM (Electrical Troubleshooting Manual) tab.
