Jeep Repair: p1494 and p1281 code, jeep grand cherokee, powertrain control module

QUESTION: i recently took my car in to get a trans fluid change and i had two error codes which caused my check engine light to come on.  The tech said everything seems to be running appropriately, but two error codes showed up, p1494 and p1281. do you know what i can do to trouble shoot and fix the problem myself.

P1494-LEAK DETECT PUMP SW OR MECHANICAL FAULT
Set Condition: The state of the switch does not change when the solenoid is energized.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
DTC NOT EQUAL TO FREEZE FRAME DTC
WIRING HARNESS INTERMITTENT DEFECT
WIRING HARNESS OBSERVABLE DEFECT
LDP SWITCH SENSE CIRCUIT OPEN
LDP SWITCH SENSE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
LEAK DETECTION PUMP DEFECTIVE
VACUUM HOSE DEFECTIVE
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE DEFECTIVE

there is not a 1281 code.
