Jeep Repair: left front lacth loch, latch assembly, screw plug

how do i install a fron left latch lock on my 2002 liberty? also how do you get door panel off. thank you

REMOVAL
Remove the inside handle screw plug and remove the screw. (TRIM PANEL)
Remove the pull handle screw.
Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, disengage the trim panel clips and remove the trim panel.
Disconnect the electrical connectors and the inside handle actuator rod. (TRIM PANEL CONNECTIONS

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the waterdam as necessary to gain access to the latch. (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOOR - FRONT/WATERDAM - REMOVAL)
Disconnect the exterior handle rod at the handle.
Disconnect the lock knob and lock cylinder rods at the latch.
Remove rear glass run channel bolts and position the channel aside.
Remove the screws and remove the latch assembly. (LATCH)
Disconnect the electrical connectors and the lock cylinder link, if equip
