can you help me solve what the problem is wit code... P1316... that makes my junkmobile run like is going to turn off and run like crap .....THANKS...... for taking the time to help

Answer
The code alone does not tell you what's wrong.  As you already read online, the problem could be plugs, wires, or sensors.  All those things can cause the engine to miss, and when it does, that code will be logged.

Normally, I would start by carefully examining the plugs and wires.  They are certainly a common cause of missing.  You say they were changed last week.  Was that for this same problem?  If so, we can probably rule them out as a cause now.  However, if you changed them for another reason (like just because they were old) and the problem appeared after, I'd wonder if there was an installation problem.

Next I would look at the mass air meter.  In the Robison Service shop, we would just swap it to see what happens.  The next thing I'd look at is fuel pressure.  Does the truck hold 40psi or so, or does it collapse?  That could point to a clogged filter or failed pump

Those are the most likely possibilities
