Land Rover Repair: Landrover Freelander Leak, ac pipe, fluid leak

My front windscreen is always misty. I have just discovered a leak on the front passenger seat near the feet. It is coming from a pipe possibly ac pipe. The fluid is greenish blue. Please advice what this leak could be?

If your windows fog up and there is a fluid leak in the footwell area then the car may well have a leaking heater core. I'm not sure about the color of your fluid, the coolant in that car is supposed to be orange (unless someone put the wrong one in there). You can check the color of the coolant by opening the hood and looking at the reservoir by the right strut tower.(You can compare the fluid colors, coolant vs. fluid leaking). If the coolant indeed leaks, the level should be low too...
Anyway, any repair shop could pressure test the system to see if there is a leak. Replacing the heater core is quite labor extensive, takes approx. 6-7 hours. Hope this helps
