Land Rover Repair: neverending water leaks, drain tubes, water leaks

Question
I have a 03 Disco.  It has been in 7 times for water leaks, Monday will be the eigth.  This does not count all the times I took it in for electrical problems that probably stemmed from the water leaking through the body seam.  I still have water streaming down my windshield, which has been replaced twice, sealed inside once, and inspected 7 times.  I had it in two weeks ago and they said it was fine and did not leak, and they replaced a LED for the passenger heater control and left 4 screws laying on the dash.  I picked it up on a Saturday so I had to call back on Monday to tell them about it.  And after they worked on it the driver side heater control LED is out.
Service manager actually check with the factory on buying back the rig, and they won't talk about it.  He gave me the corporate phone number.  So, any ideas about the leak?  Or about how to deal with corporate?

Answer
Hello Bill,

I'm sorry the hear that your local dealer has such a hard time finding that water leak. It is hard  for me to tell you what has failed on your vehicle ,since I can't inspect it , but I have seen many water leaks coming from the sunroof frame close to the drain tubes. I have also seen a few sunroof drain tubes leak. As for the LED, theres is no screws to remove to get to those LED. It's not very common for LED to burn one after the other, but it's possible. There might also be an electrical connection issue. As far as dealing with the corporate, I'm a technician so I  don't deal with that side of the business. Sorry!

I hope I was of some help.

Good Luck
