Land Rover Repair: Shaking when 99 Range Rover is motion, gas button, gas tank

I love Range Rover always have never thought i would own one , i got a used one at a low price ..99 Range Rover.. At any speeds my RR shakes like its trying to break my neck, so i cant drive it anywhere until she fix. Where i am there is no RR dealer. Whats wrong with her and how can i fix her without needing to rod a bank ???? Also i tried pressing that gas button next to the obometer assuming it would open the gas tank but it does not, what wrong?? Also when i got it all the windows and sun roof were working fine now on the info broad its saying all windows are not set , how do i set them ? And lastly i hope is there a web site were i go a print out a manual that came with the Range Rover ?

Your vehicle shakes for one of these reasons:
1 - A tire or wheel is out of round or grossly out of balance
2 - There are broken belts in one or more tires
3 - The wheels are loose or the hubs are bent

The fuel door only works from the button if the key is off.
