Land Rover Repair: Disco Vacum lines, cruise control system, washer fluid

I have a 1997 Disco.  Trying to get the cruise to work.  I have read your pervious advice about checking the vacum lines.  Where does the line that runs from the Tee connector to the front of the vechicle go.  It just seems to disappear under the headlight.  Is this even a part of the cruise control system?  Are there other lines that I need to check besides the three that I can see?

The line that disappears under the headlight is probably the line that carries washer fluid to the headlight washer.

The lines that usually split are at the actuator back by the firewall on the driver side, and the hose at the tee next to the actuator
