Land Rover Repair: 95 and 97 Discovery Motors, engine management system, air condition

Can you take the 4.0 engine out of a 97 Discovery and put it into a 95 Disc.? What issues would you encounter if you did? What type of modifications would you have to make to the 95 if any? Any other equipment/parts need to be changed?

It's very difficult!
You must take out the whole engine management system with the self harness.
And there might be lot of things which can be different. So I need more informations to answer correctly.
Please write the vehicles all parameters: engine type, transmission, air condition, abs...
