Land Rover Repair: Land Rover Brake/stop lights..., land rover discovery, fuse box

Question
I have a 1994 Land Rover Discovery and recently "discovered"
that my brake lights aren't working. The 3rd brake light works,
but not the left or right lights. I pulled the jumpseats and
inspected one strip of bulbs. The bulbs seemed fine, but now
that lamp doesn't work at all. I checked the fuse box under the
steering wheel, don't know the symbol for brake lights, but they
all looked fine. I need help in trying to get these darn things to
work! Thank you for your time.

Hi Brian,

start checking ALL the bulbs on your Disco.  If one goes, its possible that some others in the series can go too. Also check bumper bulbs, connectors and wiring.  On my '95, I had a bulb holder short out due to corrosion, as a result, the dashlights did not work.  Strange but true.
