Land Rover Repair: 2001 Discovery II (P1172), engine coolant, o2 sensors

Question
My "service engine soon" light has come on & after putting a car chip on the car for 2 days it has come back with Trouble Code P1172. Description " Unknown Powertrain DTC (manufacturer controlled; fuel & air metering).
Fuel System 1 & 2: closed loop; using o2 sensor as feedback.
Short term fuel trim Bank 1: 0.78%/Bank 2 -0.78%
Long term fuel trim bank 1: 14.84%/bank 2 15.63%
Engine coolant 206.6F
Calculated load value 4.7%
It has 92,000 miles on it, most highway.

I am a single mom & would love to just take it to the shop-but it's not feasable.
Should I replace the o2 sensors? or am I looking at a bigger problem? Is it safe to drive?

Answer
Any time a vehicle has any p codes its not as easy as you would think to repair even if specific codes are listed. If that was the case i know i wouldnt be getting dirty myself.
If you can send anymore info.like what services were done what other work was performed & what chip was installed.i will try to help if i can.Its very hard when not testing myself.
