Land Rover Repair: 98 Disco 1... no start, tire air valve, fuel rail

Question
I have a 98 Disco no start, no pressure on the fuel rail,(I used the valve that looks like a tire air valve on the rail as the check point)
It pulls codes p13165,p1177,p1448,p0308,p1179,p1313. Usually starts when weather is cool (below 50F). I am about 250 miles from qualified service. Any thought that will help to get it running so I can drive to service or forget that idea and resolve to trailering it. How about a transport dolly. I am concerned about differential/transfer case/ tranny issues when flat towing or dolly towing.

Answer
There is no single recommendation for those codes.  I'd start with the basics.  If there is no pressure at the rail I'd start tracing the power to the fuel pump.

As regards towing - take the driveshafts loose and you can tow on a dolly with no problem
