HI!  My 93' SC400 is overheating. I'm pretty sure that the hydraulic fan isn't turning on; I never hear it turn on and the temp spikes up to one line below the HOT.  Could it be electrical?  How would you check that?  Also, is the only way to fill the radiator through the coolant reservoir?

HELLO ERIC,
 The fan is driven by hydralic fluid. I would inspect for kink hoses and restriction in the line. Inspect for any debris in front of the radiator.
