Lexus Repair: Lexus Starter Module DIY, lexus sc400, toyota service

I am looking to restore a Lexus SC400. The owner says it won't start due to the module going bad. I have found a starter module, and would like to find step by step instructions on how to do this myself. I would also like to know how much this would cost, should I not be able to do myself?

 Replacing the starter on the SC400 isn't an easy task. I would leave it to the proffesional. Intake manifold would have to come off. Drop the transmission just a tab to again access to 2  14mm starter bolts. A good lexus tech would take 4-5hrs. Thank you.
