QuestionI never mentioned that it was a 93 if that means anything, the check engine like is not on, we checked the egr system and it looked ok no carbon deposites, also put a new fuel filter witch wasn't easy, as far as the pressure we only have a guage for diesel fuel that won't work on gas pressure will it? So we probably need to buy a new tool and how do you do check it. Another hint is that we noticed it seem's that when you firts start it it run good for the firts 2 minutes then it starts losing power again maybe because it getting warm i don't know. how ever you can help us man thanks

ok so it's a 93 es300 and it seems to studder a little bit at the low rpms on it's way up so it feels like it's losing power.seems to do it more after it gets worm. Me and my father in law who is a diesel machanic have done the following without fixing it, first BG 44K fuel injector cleaner, then spark plugs and wires, changed filters, He said it feels a little like it's losing air or some kind of air thing, checked some but not all of the hoses by popping them off and feeling for sucktion or something but in this car there is like a million of them no we are stumpped. o yeah it also has over drive and some other button that is like over drive but not we have mest with them but what do they do? It would really be appriciated if you could help me in any way you could. Thanks Pat

What is your fuel pressure reading? Any CEL? How is he EGR system? Did you remove it to check if there is any carbon deposit? Also check for hoses and and lose connection. Please provide me with the following datas. Thank you.

Happy Thanksgiving. Here are the following list you will need to check: TPS(throttle position sensor)this unit located on the throttle body, if you have access to a scanner. Connect your scanner to the OBDI port, at idle your TPS should be reading around 14% and WOT(Wide OPEN Throttle) at 78%. Also check your timing, hook up a timing light. Jump terminal TE1 and E1(there is a service box on the right hand side). While the engine is at operating temp you should be in the 12 degree TDC. Let me know your findings and we will move on to the next. Happy Holidays!
