Lexus Repair: LS400 right front door check, ls400, bolt

1990 LS400 right front door will not stay open, clunk sound when opening/closing.  Appears to related to the door check arm inside the door.  I gently pried open the bottom right part of door panel and a bolt fell out.  Can the door panel be removed easily and is the door check mechanism accessible for repair?  Need instructions to remove door panel without damage.  Thanks.

Hello, As stated in our bio we are not giving step by step instruction, but yes what you need to do is remove the door panel and check to see what is going on in there. It is a basic job so I would say if you can't seem to figure it out I would bring it to a qualified Lexus tech.
