Lexus Repair: Replacing Lexus 300 Rear deck brake light bulb, 2002 lexus rx300, lexus rx300

I have noticed this question asked in many forums without subsequent responses and would appreciate your expertise in resolving this question.
How do you gain access to replace the bulb on the 3rd break light on a 2002 Lexus, RX300?
Would most definitely appreciate it if you would detail the required procedure, as none is listed in the Lexus owners manual.
