Lexus Repair: A/C compressor, lexus models, estimate price

I want to know will I need to replace the drier when I replace the air compressor.  Also, I noticed that there are no compressors available at this time.  My two part question is this:  Can I be notified via email as soon as one become available and could you give me an estimate price for a compressor.  Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Hello Ron, I will need to know what kind of Lexus you have first. The drier is always replaced when the a/c compressor is replaced being it is like a filter for the system. Also a/c compressors are available for all Lexus models from Lexus. They run from about $1300 to $1600 installed.
