i need help on changing the alternator belt, there seems to be an other pully in the way, there is not much cleance

Yes, smog pump, AC then, power steering.  It's stinks but with multiple "V" belts you have to remove the ones in succession to make way, the alternator belt is the first belt on and last belt off, you will also need to remove the fan and clutch assembly.  Check the tensioner bearing on the idler for run out.  I suggest taking the opportunity to replace all belts with new.
