Mazda Repair: 12 volt hook ups, amp fuse, cell phone charger

I DIDN'T USE THE LIGHTER, I TRIED A CELL PHONE CHARGER AND A PORTABLE DVD PLAYER, NEITHER WOULD WORK.  MAYBE YOU CAN'T HOOK THOSE TYPE THINGS UP TO IT.  THOUGHT SOMEONE OUT THERE MIGHT COULD HELP ME BEFORE I ASK THE DEALERSHIP.

THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A DUMB QUESTION BUT HERE IT IS.  MY 2002 MAZDA TRIBUTE HAS 2-12 VOLT ACCESSORY HOOK UPS BESIDES THE CIGAR LIGHTER BUT THERE ISN'T ANY JUICE TO THEM.  I CAN'T FIND A PLACE FOR FUSES FOR THEM LIKE THE CIGAR LIGHTER.  THE CIGAR LIGHTER WORKS.  WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

how did you test them?  hope you dident stick the lighter in them! that wont work.

ok there's a fuse for that also. its labled aux power and it's a 25 amp fuse  it should be close to the cigar lighter 25 amp fuse. the fuse box is located lower left bottom. on the back side of the cover it should give you the exact location of that fuse
