Mazda Repair: 1995 Mazda protege wont crank, crank shaft, mazda protege

I hope you can help-My protege will not crank-we have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, crank shaft sensor, the distributor and the timing belt-she still won't crank-valves are fine and it has great compression-thanks in advance for any assistance

Is this really a problem with a no carnk? or a no start?
A No crank condition is when the engine will not turn.. if the engine will not turn then there is a problem with the starting system. If it is cannking check for spark and injector pulse.. I need to know if the if the engine is turning or not
