when i was messin with the fuel inj relay a "hold" mes. came up on the dash whats up with that ?  thanks  91 protege

Is the car acting any different in any way or doing something different that it never used to do before? write back and let me know          the car is not running, i put a different relay in on accident and went to start the car turned the ign. on and it wouldnt start , looked at the dash and it said "hold" and when i turned the key off it stayed the mes stayed until i took out the relay

i wouldnt know this straight off my head what you would need to do is take your vehicle to a repair shop or to a dealer and have them use a scanner to see if they can pull up any trouble codes. your gona have to go to some one who will have a OBDI scanner since your car is a 91.
